Sheehan Brothers Brings Winans Coffee to Workplaces Across 3 States

Sheehan Brothers Vending, a Springfield, Ohio-based vending and workplace refreshment provider, has partnered with Winans Coffee & Chocolate to bring the regional roaster's coffee to workplaces across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, according to a Dayton Daily News report. The agreement takes Winans beyond its retail coffee shops and into Sheehan Brothers' office coffee programs, giving employees access to the brand at work. The initial lineup includes three varieties: Winans Blend, Winans No. 2 Signature Blend and Espresso Blend, with expansion expected over time. Winans sources its coffee internationally and roasts in small batches at its facility in Piqua, Ohio. "[The partnership] provides customers with another premium coffee option while bringing together two locally owned, family-operated businesses," Patrick Sheehan, president of Sheehan Brothers Vending, told the news outlet. Founded in 1956, Sheehan Brothers provides vending machines, micro markets, office coffee and beverage services, fresh food, catering and water systems to customers across portions of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. For operators, the deal is a reminder that pairing with premium regional brands is an increasingly common way to differentiate office coffee and micro market programs, while giving local roasters a distribution channel they could not easily build on their own.
