PayRange Names Four Executives as It Digests KioSoft Acquisition

PayRange, the Portland, Oregon-based payment technology provider for unattended retail, has announced four executive appointments as it seeks to accelerate growth following its 2025 acquisition of KioSoft. Charles Lee, the former CEO of KioSoft, has been named executive chair after serving as vice chairman since the acquisition. Kiernan White, who joined PayRange earlier this year, becomes chief operating officer, overseeing operations and customer experience. Jeff Piszczek has been appointed chief revenue officer, responsible for revenue strategy, customer relationships and market expansion, and Matthew Carlson will serve as vice president of marketing, leading brand and customer acquisition efforts. The company said the changes are intended to strengthen operations, expand customer relationships and support its growing presence in self-service laundry, vending and other unattended retail markets, and that the KioSoft acquisition expanded its technology portfolio, market reach and operational capabilities.
