Nayax Enters U.S. Fuel Retail Through Allied Electronics Partnership

Nayax Ltd. has partnered with Allied Electronics Inc. to bring Nayax Fuel’s VPOS Media 5 outdoor payment solution to fuel retailers across the United States, the companies announced Oct. 6. The partnership combines Nayax’s payment technology with Allied’s forecourt systems and established petroleum-retail customer base. The market context is substantial: convenience stores generated more than $450 billion in fuel sales in 2025 and sold an estimated 80% of the fuel Americans buy, according to NACS figures cited in the announcement. Card payments now account for 81% of transactions at the pump, up from 64% a decade ago, increasing pressure on retailers to maintain modern payment infrastructure. Allied has served retail petroleum since 1978, and its NeXGen PRIME forecourt controller operates at tens of thousands of locations nationwide. Nayax Fuel’s portfolio covers payment at the dispenser, forecourt control and station management, building on the integration of OTI PetroSmart and Roseman. The companies positioned the deal as a way to offer Allied’s customers a fuel-specific payment option alongside existing forecourt systems. Nayax planned to present its fuel-retail solutions at the NACS Show in Las Vegas, Oct. 7-9, at booth C6385.
